Send a sample panel or an existing piece. Our finishing team matches on the same wood species and sends two panels back within eight days. Matching across species is possible but never exact, and we will say so rather than surprise you.
Photograph on arrival with the carton number. Transit damage on our packing is replaced free in the next consignment; damage traceable to handling is settled with the freight insurer, and our loading photos are what usually wins that claim.
50 units is our floor for a made-to-order run. Below that, ask about our standing designs, where we hold stock and can ship 10–20 pieces from the shelf in a week.
Firm once the advance and the approved sample are in. We publish a slot calendar to buyers each month; if your order slips because of us, we carry the airfreight cost of the shortfall. That has happened twice in six years.
